Firebrough Electronics is unable to cancel the order once an order starts processing. We generally process and ship orders within two business days during normal business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If an order has not yet been shipped and you cancel it, Firebrough Electronics may charge up to 15% of the cost of the order.
If an item in your order is unavailable, Firebrough Electronics will notify you of your decision to enter it in backorder until it is available, substitute it with another item, or cancel your order without charge.
Sales Tax
Firebrough Electronics must collect and remit all sales and use taxes in applicable jurisdictions by law unless a properly completed sales and use tax exemption form is provided to us.
Please contact us if you hold a sales and use tax exemption certificate or comparable documentation for the applicable jurisdiction where your order applies.
Fraud Prevention
Firebrough Electronics utilizes a third-party fraud prevention service to assist us in screening potentially fraudulent orders. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order for any reason.
